Welcome to Laopitnuu, a vast wilderness with generations of history flowing through it like a timeless river. This pristine land is home to many natural creatures, including the intelligent beasts known as wolves. But all is not as normal and natural as it seems. These mountains and valleys are ruled by three species of wolves: The Jord, which are the natural-born wolves, The Vann, which are water-dwelling wolves, and the Lufte who have glorious wings and take to the sky. These glorious animals are hidden from the world, except for the occasional band of human hunters who aren't intelligent enough to seek out the mysteries this land holds. Do you have what it takes to navigate this harsh terrain? Corrupt Redemption is a brand new, literate-advanced, wolf roleplay community. Please apply before joining, and have an enjoyable stay!

The packs are steadily growing. Laopitnuu has more than its fair share of Jack Frost's blessing, for snow and ice have made it a dangerous winter landscape. The Rohan pack has taken three rogues under its wing, one seeming to have caught the affection of the youngest Rohan she-wolf.
» • Winter
It has been a long, brutal winter, but it isn't over yet. A short period of rain managed to wash most of the snow away, but it came back with full force. There is about three-four feet of icy snow over the land, and most lakes are now frozen. Whiteouts are quite common now, and icicles coat every available ledge and den entrance. It is unbearably cold, and almost impossible for even the strongest Lufte to stay in the sky without crashing because of the random snow storms, and the strong winds. It seems as though spring may never come, and that this snow may stay forever. However, spirits are being raised now that the days have clear, cerulean skies, and a bright sun. Without a doubt, it gives optimism to those lovers of springtime! Even though the heavens manage to drop a bit of snow every day, it appears that the great wolf god Dormin is starting to wake and reclaim his kingdom with the warm rays of the sun.

Oselia Pack Log Here is where you can see the hierarchy of the pack, upcoming meetings and hunts, and recent events. If you'd like, you can request a mate for your wolf here.
Clan Camp This is where the pack normally sleeps and gathers. There are several food caches here, and many bones scattered about from past kills. There is often a charred bit of debris in the center of the camp, as the pack like to sit around a fire when nights are cold. Pups love to play here, and there are many small dens dug into the earth. • image of area

Dechire Lakes - 1 Viewing Beyond the valley, there is a large expanse of fresh-water lakes. These bodies of water are often cut off from each other, making several lakes all next to one another. The water here isn't very deep, reaching about thirty feet in the middle, but is exceptionally choppy and unpredictable. Large rocks, as big as glaciers, protrude from the water. The waves slam against these rocks, and if an animal is caught in that wave, they are surely dead. The beaches are but rocks, with no sand to be found. It can be hard on a wolf's paws, so lounging in the warm shallows after trekking on the pebbly beach is often enjoyable. Raven Mountains Ruling over a massive portion of the Oselia territory, is the Raven Mountains. Oaks, evergreens, and other deciduous trees devour the wild mountains. The weather is much cooler than in other territories. The forests are beautiful and bright, with several feet of dead leaves and oceans of mayapples covering the forest beds. Hidden in the mountains, where only the Oselias know where to find it, is their meeting spot. It is a large clearing in the woods, surrounded by walls of ivy and vines. In the center is a boulder, with a massive tree propped on top on its side. This is where the alphas stand during meetings. The large roots of this tree are pulled right out of the ground, making a big cavity where the alphas have dug their den. • image of area

Naginai Valley If you head down the mountain, and follow the pass in between the large canyon, you will find yourself entering a large flat land surrounded by cliffs. There are a few forests, but it is mainly open land and gorges. Beware, many snakes make their home here. Herds of hooved animals can always be found in this valley, along with plenty of rival carnivores. Small herds of wild ponies live here as well. It is a beautiful place, but like any open land, it is also dangerous. If you look hard enough, you will find many herbs that are valuable to healers, Shamans, and Witches. • image of area

Lotus Slopes These slopes harbor several goats and sometimes even bighorn sheep. Grassy slopes ending in cliffs look down over the rest of Laopitnuu. There is a massive cavern entrance hidden in one of the cliff sides. If you follow the tunnel within the cavern, it will lead to a pool of water. Beyond the pool, the cavern opens into a massive chamber. Much of the ceiling is absent, leaving a huge sky light with moss and vines leaking down into the cave. This chamber is full of white sand, and several boulders. There are wide trees growing in this chamber, and even a small pool of water. This place is sacred to the pack, and is the domain of the Shamans and Witches. • image of area
