Anything is possible here...
Welcome to Laopitnuu, a vast wilderness with generations of history flowing through it like a timeless river. This pristine land is home to many natural creatures, including the intelligent beasts known as wolves. But all is not as normal and natural as it seems. These mountains and valleys are ruled by three species of wolves: The Jord, which are the natural-born wolves, The Vann, which are water-dwelling wolves, and the Lufte who have glorious wings and take to the sky. These glorious animals are hidden from the world, except for the occasional band of human hunters who aren't intelligent enough to seek out the mysteries this land holds. Do you have what it takes to navigate this harsh terrain? Corrupt Redemption is a brand new, literate-advanced, wolf roleplay community. Please apply before joining, and have an enjoyable stay!
There are three unique, epic plots that are to be introduced soon. So believe me, you won't regret joining.

The packs are steadily growing. Laopitnuu has more than its fair share of Jack Frost's blessing, for snow and ice have made it a dangerous winter landscape. The Rohan pack has taken three rogues under its wing, one seeming to have caught the affection of the youngest Rohan she-wolf.
» • Winter
It has been a long, brutal winter, but it isn't over yet. A short period of rain managed to wash most of the snow away, but it came back with full force. There is about three-four feet of icy snow over the land, and most lakes are now frozen. Whiteouts are quite common now, and icicles coat every available ledge and den entrance. It is unbearably cold, and almost impossible for even the strongest Lufte to stay in the sky without crashing because of the random snow storms, and the strong winds. It seems as though spring may never come, and that this snow may stay forever. However, spirits are being raised now that the days have clear, cerulean skies, and a bright sun. Without a doubt, it gives optimism to those lovers of springtime! Even though the heavens manage to drop a bit of snow every day, it appears that the great wolf god Dormin is starting to wake and reclaim his kingdom with the warm rays of the sun.

Eve;;
Hyde glanced idly at Peyton, not particularly knowing or caring what her problem was right now, the moment of mild hostility shown, however brief, had irked him somewhat; but she was a pack member, and he would tolerate it. Offering her a small smile, though he made no move at an affectionate nuzzle like those he gave to Reaper, he turned to his Alpha, grinning as she returned the affections. He drank in her question like fine wine, savouring it in his mind for a moment before responding. "Yes, he was flying towards the woods, where she lives," He spoke quietly, standing at her side even as her attention was caught by another disturbence. He knew he neednt elaborate, everyone knew what lay in the woods beyond, but luckily only he and Ashanta knew of the connection between he and her.
He acknowledged Jack's awkward landing and would raise a brow, if anatomy allowed it. He watched as Reaper raced forewards, and glanced between them and Peyton, obviously juggling with which option would make him seem like a better guy; going to aid the wounded, or stay with Peyton. Both had their pro's and con's. On one hand, going to help Jack and Reaper would show his caring for the pack, and he had no doubt his aid could be useful if indeed the subordinate was grievously injured, however on the other hand, that would leave Peyton alone, and perhaps it would be more wise to stick around in pairs, the cold weather was treacherous to those alone after all. After a moments deliberating he snorted to himself, and with a glance towards Peyton and Sawyer, set off for the other pair, halting just beside Reaper and looking Jack over. Jack was perhaps the only other packmate he could consider a friend, besides the Alphess. Peyton, Tsubaki and Rosalind were of course likeable, there was no denying pack bonds, but he was quite a difficult chap to really get close to. "You'll be fine," He said gruffly, grinning a little, an expression saved only for the worthy ones.
"What mess did you get into this time?" He asked, tilting his head to one side and glancing up only momentarily to witness the landing of Rosalind. Nodding once to her, his attention soon returned to Jack. "And have you seen Tsubaki? Last I saw of him he was headed to the Nomad lands, I figured either you or Rosalind would be with him but it seems," He paused and sighed with an almost annoyed fashion. "That that is not the case."
While he waited for Jack's reply, he glanced back at Reaper with a concerned expression and a set jaw, he knew her worries were being masked by the hunting proposition, and he frowned, conveying a silent message to her. Do you want me to take a scout and search?. He was always strangely eager to please the female. Granted she was the alphess, and serving her was a given but it was more than that, he held strong feelings for Reaper like nothing he'd ever felt before, the closest he could guess at was the feelings he held for his sister but no, it was a little stronger than that. Shaking his head to rid himself of such foolish imaginings, he awaited her reply and orders.

Sainty, POP! but there is no more timefor lies.
Moments later, once presumed she had managed to harness the odd feeling in her gut, she let her warm peepers fall open. What she had wanted to find, was an innocent scene, but what she became witness too caused the her flustered heart to sink, dropping like a stone to the bottom of a lake. Reaper was returning his kiss. She let her chops fall lax for a second, disbelief floating around in her mind. Had she missed some major development in matters of the heart? Or, was it just an impulse she had felt just that second, something that, if she got the chance, she wanted to repeat again? Whether her summaries were true or not, nothing could stop the picture that her mind was building. She felt the jealousy rouse from its sleep again, and fought not to allow it access, but she lost her battle, and it washed over her like a wave. Her features alight with a mixture of sadness and bewilderment, she wished she could just let her lids drop, and when they rose again, she could forget all about what she had just seen. But it was impossible, the clock did not turn back – She did not even have that look Reaper had gained after her kiss, to make her doubt the reality of what, was actually not happening at all. Grateful of the distraction, she mimicked the others, and watched as a familiar white male came hurtling toward them, seeming to be in a little trouble as he flew. Her suspicion was soon proved, when seconds later, he was skimming across the floor in a similar fashion, to which a stone would skip water. She felt concern shroud the feeling that ruled over her, and struggle to gain control, but almost as soon as the cause bounded off, away from her competition, it shot the other down in an instant. After a moment of indecision, it seemed, Hyde followed after Reaper, spurring another internal war within. She too set off in the direction of the lake, her mind making the decision before she could even consider it. Her sudden movement had surprised the feline at her side, so it took him a few seconds to even rise, let alone get into a somewhat fast pace – He was a lazy cat, after all. He arrived a full minute behind Peyton, lowering his portly backside to the floor almost as soon as his paws came to a halt.
A little dazed after his landing, despite having been able to avoid striking his head, Jack remained on the floor. He did manage to shift onto his stomach though. In no time at all, his alphess was towering over him, her nose poking around his shoulder with utter intent, as she checked for wounds and other such things. He was met with a grin as the cold nose withdrew, and he returned it, naturally, she was his family after all, and he did quite enjoy being fussed over. “No need to fret, Reaper. Just a few bruises, no harm done.” He offered, pushing himself to his feet with just the slightest of struggles. He swung he head in the direction of the other male, chuckling a little at his first input, “Oh, nothing. I just got caught up in it all.” His lips creased into a frown afterwards though, upon hearing that, Tsubaki was seemingly missing, “No, afraid not, buddy - I have not seem him for...” He took a moment to ponder the last time he had been around the male, let alone spoken to him, but came up a blank, “Ages. I just assumed we had not crossed paths, recently.” He was about to move from the water, but decided against it when the a cloud of white powder was thrown over all of them, blinding any potential source of movement. It took a while for the snow to settle, and when it did, he could feel it cling to his damp wing, before melting and causing it to grow even wetter. Not that it bothered him, the bright sunlight that shone down from the now-clear sky, would soon grant his feathers dryness again. Pale eyes finding the recent addition to their gathering, e found a smile appearing on his muzzle, “Ever the one for a grand entrance, Rosalind.” A chuckle clambered up the rungs of his throat, and escaped moments later. Shaking his head a little at her antics, he took a step forward, faltering slightly after a shot of dull pain graced his banged up leg. Managing to regain his posture, he continued ahead, wanting to be free of the shallow water lapping around his ankles, and came to rest alongside Peyton.
She gave a quick acknowledging nod to her ivory friend as he approached, then came to halt at her side, after circling behind so he could face the right direction. “Been doing your acrobatics again, huh?” She questioned absently, not particularly caring if she received an answer or not. No, she was far too busy observing the enthusiasm in which the tawny-golden female was greeting Reaper. Yet again, she felt that twang of jealousy rise in her chest, something that was growing to be a familiar to her. Her lips let a frown ghost over them, but this was soon made to disappear when she felt a maroon snout nuzzle against her cheek. Her breath hitched at the contact, and all vision of anything around her was non-descript as her eyes slipped shut. Whether it lasted as long as her mind had made it seem, she did not know, and frankly did not care, for it had managed to stop her from seeing her do the same to the rest. Once Peyton revealed her warm, now-sparkling irises again, the rounds were finished and all she could do was wallow in the almost euphoric feeling that the contact had left behind. She was in an almost dreamy state for a while there -which both Jack and Sawyer noticed, but chose not to bring up- but was drawn out of it by the sound of a light, beautiful voice. Her butterscotch fell quivering slightly as she came too, she cast her gaze directly on the slender shape of her alphess. She found her head nodding all on its own at mention of a hunt, and she leapt forward instinctively, wanting to claim her place next to Reaper before anyone else could. “Indeed, it seems so long since we ventured out last.” As she came level with the other female, she outstretched her pale wings and flapped them lightly, somewhat concealing Reaper from the others, as her white feathers grazed a dark back – She was posing as excited, but in reality, it was just an excuse to be touch her without seeming too obvious. She craned her neck backward, in the same instant in which she folder her wings against her body again, “Sawyer.” Her head ticked to one side, indicating he follow.
The spotted feline responded quickly to her call, despite having been keeping a close eye on Ringo, a hint of hunger flaring in his glower. He would never harm the owl, no, he was a familiar like himself, but it never hurt to ruffle his feathers every so often, did it? Purposefully licking his chops as he rose, he shot one last look before trotting from the group, and toward the beige lass.

Remaining seated even as Reaper moved to call for a hunt, Rosalind returned Jack's grin with her own and paired it with a giggle that sounded of tinkling bells. Despite her obvious concern for Tsubaki, she was still quite happy to be with the rest of her family. Indeed, he was the only one not accounted for. She caught sight of Hyde's silent request to search out the wolf, and volunteered to be his partner unthinkingly; To Key's distaste. The poor bird was already tired of keeping pace with her antics and was not in the mood for more flight time.
"Reaper, if it's okay with you, I'd like to scout for Tsubaki; Just a quick aerial search? I'll even bring a partner! How about..." She paused for a moment and drew out the thought, as though she was trying to decide on someone to bring with her. She did, in fact, consider Jack for a brief moment, but decided that would be cruel to Hyde; For whatever reason, he really wanted to look for Tsubaki. "Hyde? Would you go with me?" She thought on that morsel a moment longer. Rosalind was of the opinion that she and Jack should be looking for Tsubaki, as his closest friends, and found it quite strange that Hyde had taken this sudden interest in the lost wolf. Was there something she'd overlooked between Hyde & Tsubaki? No, Jack seemed puzzled by this development as well; Surely he would have known if the two were close. So what...? Ah. She caught Hyde gazing at Reaper as though she was an oasis in the desert, and her intuition flickered; Everything clicked into place. Well, I ought to give him this chance to please her, after all, I'd want the same thing if Reaper was Tsubaki and I, in Hyde's position. Key, realizing that Reaper was likely to oblige their request, fluttered from the ground to land delicately on the bend of Rosalind's left wing. Once situated, Key gripped his feathered perch rather tightly for extra support, and was pleased to find that Rosalind's flight muscles had only strengthened and his tight grip caused her no discomfort. Despite Key's expert landing, Rosalind stumbled slightly from the unexpected change in weight distribution. Several wolves turned their heads to watch the spectacle as the proud, tawny female stumbled over her own feet of no apparent cause; But after a moment of leaning uneasily, she restored her balance by moving to her feet from her sitting position. "Sorry..." She muttered, slightly abashed. Key hooted indignantly. Her golden eyes suddenly turned to her ebony paws, finding delight in the contrast between them and the blinding powder beneath her.

Reaper's enthusiasm had been snuffed out by Rosalind's sudden request. In all honesty, Reaper wanted to give Tsubaki a little more time to appear, as he did each time she started to worry for him. He was like a brother to her, and she was terrified that if they did go searching for him, they may find him dead, or even massacred. She could not deny Rosalind her request though, how would that make her look? So, with her heart sinking, she fixed her silvery specs on Rosalind, and spoke. "Well, I suppose if he really is missing," She sighed, letting her eyes wander. "It would be wise to go looking for him." Then, her gaze wandered to Hyde, and she was sure to observe him for a moment before speaking, as she was a little suspicious. "Is that what you want, Hyde? I did not know you had such a soft spot for our Tsu Tsu." She teased, grinning at him. Yes, Reaper had a habit of teasing poor Hyde, but it was all in good fun. Then, she shifted her gaze to Peyton, and another wave of admiration crashed over her.
"So, what say you? How about we have a girl's day out?" She asked, and then looked to Jack. "That is, if you don't mind." She batted her eyelids playfully, not as a flirtatious gesture of course, but just to tease him. In all honesty, Reaper adored Jack, but she would rather him go with Hyde and Rosalind. A day of just her and Peyton alone just sounded like so much fun. As she thought on this, childish excitement flooded her mind, and she decided to let this bubbly facet of her persona out. With a yip, she unfolded her lengthy wings to their full length, and reared a few times, making sure to toss her head. This was normal behavior for Reaper when she was in her rare, puppy-like mood. Because it was rare for her to be so playful, the pack would usually take advantage and play along while they could, for she could shift back into her serious persona at the drop of a hat. The day was under a serious cloud however, and they might not be so quick to share the enthusiasm. Maybe that was best though, for it was obvious that Reaper was only in this state because she was trying to mask her concern for Tsubaki. One thing that was different about her was the fact that she did not like to focus when her family might be injured.

Hyde was a little bit bewildered by both Reaper and Peyton's sudden desire to have a girls day out, and indeed by the puplike outbursts of both. His brow furrowed a little and he shifted almost uncomfortably, a low growl in his throat until his attention was caught by Rosalind. Turning to face his packmate he nodded. "Of course i'd like to accompany you," He said roughly, turning back to look at the joyous pair, it was slightly unnerving, the looks Peyton kept giving his Reaper. He froze, barely able to believe what thought had just gone through his mind, thankfully salvation came in the form of Jacks voice.
He doubted highly that "Tsu Tsu" was a fitting nickname for a male wolf but whatever, he'd let Reaper baby him as much as she liked, but so long as it didnt escalate, the warrior was happy. "Yes Jack, that would be appropriate." He grunted, standing up. "He might be in trouble, or captured, the more there are going after him the better." He said simply, looking towards Reaper with a grin. "The pack looks out for each other" he replied, moving swiftly forewards to bestow a lick to his Alpha's nose, not bothering to hide his affection for her. Nuzzling her gently, he'd give a small, awkward smile before shaking himself off with a grunt and turning to accompany Rosalind and Jack. "Lets be off then."

Sainty, POP! but there is no more timefor lies.
Even if he had wanted to, Jack was certain he could not have brushed off those looks. Looks that were, in their own right, completely different from one another, yet written deep within, meant exactly the same thing – They wanted to spend time together, alone. He had not been able to read so far into their words, but that was not to say that, on some unconscious level, he knew what they were saying. So, he failed to even try, after all, it was not as if he were dreading the company he would be forced to keep during their venture. Quite on the contrary, he would more than likely come to enjoy it. At the thought of spending some time with his buddy, and of course, dear Rosalind, he found a smirk dwindling over his lips, threatening to spread into a full-blown smile. Rather than hold it back, he let it wash over his features, and a quick dip of the head secured his approval of the suggestion. “Why on earth would I mind, Reaper?” His words might have sounded like a question, but they were indeed rhetorical, something that did not need the good grace of an answer. “Especially when it is to, potentially, aid our Tsu Tsu.”
Had she not been unknowingly waiting with bated breath, Peyton would have released a rather childish squeal. However, the lack of oxygen filling her lungs was effective in stifling such a noise, and for that, she was rather glad. She did not want to make herself look even more suspicious than she guessed she already was, especially over something that even she, did not fully understand yet. Attempting to keep her demeanour calm, and at least somewhat collected, she did not rush in bringing her gaze back to her side, despite how much her eyes chose to protest. Her tail, which had previously been still, had picked up its own rhythm, and was now darting around like an excitable puppy. “Then, of course!” It was clear, just by listening to the tone of her voice, that she was more than a little excited at the prospect of spending her day with Reaper. Better yet, alone with Reaper. Her tone lowered a touch before she continued, and it was slightly husky, “I would enjoy nothing more...” Had all been well, she would have taken advantage of the new-found jubilation, as would her pack mates. But, suspecting that this, rarity in mood was down to the absence of Tsubaki, she failed to adopt it, and merely took pleasure in seeing her, at least for the moment, in such a joyous mood. Without even realising it, she gained a deep smile, and if it were possible, the flash of butterscotch that flailed around behind her grew more rapid in its motions. She was quite content with watching the slender maroon frame dance around in front of her, wings outstretched to their entirety in attempt at making the show look far more magnificent – And to her, it did. Although, her admiration would stretch so far as to cover whatever she did, so all of this was neither here, nor there.
Having been so focussed on the female, she almost did not hear the slick, well-polished voice of Hyde cut through the atmosphere. She allowed her eyes to wander in his direction, if only to appear polite, or at the very most, listen to all that concerned her missing family member. For some reason, she was growing to dislike the male, and although she guessed it had something to do with the odd feeling that would rise in the pit of her stomach if he so much as went near Reaper, she was a little bewildered as to what was making her act in such a way. Though, it was not as if he was about to make things better for himself, either, as seconds later, he was drawing toward the pair of them, his intent clear. Or, at least to her it was. Her happy expression dropped. It quite literally just fell from her face like an apple would fall from a tree, and was swiftly replaced with a frown. In fact, it was somewhat more intense than a frown, more like a grimace of sorts. As she watched his tongue drift across Reaper's nose, an overwhelming urge to growl flowed through her, and she had to fight something rotten to keep herself from doing something so, unnecessary. What was going on with her, really? Why was she having all these absurd notions spreading through her brain like wild-fire? It was utterly insane. Her paws kneaded the white powder beneath them, to keep herself occupied, for the most part, but also to take out some of her frustration on something other than Hyde. She just wanted him away from her, and now.
Jack, having noticed the discomfort that Peyton was displaying over the whole situation, abruptly cleared his throat, and slapped a paw down firmly on the ground to grasp everyone's attention. “So, its all settled then, eh?” He stated, rather than asked, ears twitching as he looked between the two, now separate groups. “We should head off soon, don't you think? The earlier we leave, the longer we shall have daylight in which to search.” Casting his, almost glowing eyes to his side, he made to unfurl his dampened flight limb, and was pleased to find it just dry enough to have full use of. He flapped it merrily, letting the other reach out level so that it did not look odd, the wispy feathers running the length floating quite beautifully on the breeze.

As if she were incapable of conjuring a response in her native tongue, Rosalind yelped excitedly, not really caring that she was acting like a pup. After all, Tsubaki wasn't hear, so who was she trying to impress? She stamped her delicate, charcoal paws in suspense, shaking Key from his improvised perch on her left wing. The barn owl familiar took to the sky with a single pump of his decorated, tawny wings and a long, drawn out call; issuing a challenge to Rosalind for shaking him from her wing so suddenly. Instantly, the excited she-wolf ruffled her thick, golden pelt, tail wagging, as she lifted her wings climatically. Jack was studying her with an intense curiosity now, Reaper, Hyde and Peyton all giving her a fleeting glance. In answer to her familiar's challenge, Rosalind howled loudly. Her massive wings stretched to their full wingspan 20 feet above the shoulders from which they blossomed. Ringo swooped towards Rosalind and did a quick loop around her wingtips, shrieking loudly to reinforce his challenge. Indeed, the barn owl would be quite impressed if the she-wolf could take off from a standstill, with a single flap of her massive flight tools. Rosalind's grin was wicked and devilish as she looked over her shoulder with crystalline, golden eyes to meet Jack's gaze. The tawny wings stretched vertically, muscles tensing, as Rosalind prepared for a stunt she'd yet to complete successfully. Everything seemed to take on an eerie silence in her downy ears the moment before her wings dropped. Then, eager to split the silence, Rosalind's wings shot towards the ground. Rosalind howled exuberantly as she took to the sky, leaving behind her a violent gust of wind that buffeted all the wolves gathered on the ground below her.
"Jack, Hyde, let's go!" Rosalind's voice brimmed over with pure glee as she found her words again and glided through the air.

Sainty, POP! but there is no more timefor lies.
Jack spared his owl-like comrade a glance when she flaunted her glee about their expedition, and felt a smile creep across his lips. Whether or not the whole charade was intended to lighten the mood for Reaper, he was not sure, but was glad she had decided to take such actions nonetheless. He flicked his ears in agitation as a second, much higher-pitched shrill came, and it was obvious that she had not been the one to make such a noise, so he assumed it to her familiar instead. Again he let his eyes wander over in her direction, somewhat intrigued as to why the bird had made such a sound, and soon discovered it was because she was on the move, obviously more than ready, and eager to set off. He continued to study her at this point, almost not wanting to remove his gaze from her beautiful form, with tawny wings splayed upward to their full span. His stare was almost intense as he looked on, but since other attentions were most likely elsewhere, he did not bother to make amends – He was sure Rosalind would simply guess he was admiring her method of take-off, which in part, he was.
The grin perched on his lips grew wider as he watched Ringo circle around the finer feathers at the very tips of her wings, but drew his ears back, and dipped his head slightly as another, even more piercing call thudded against his eardrums. It was a fine thing, the bond between a wolf and its familiar, something that was not to be reckoned with. His thoughts drifted from such things though, as molten eyes met his own, holding an emotion he never would have expected to see held within them, especially when directed at him. He shrugged it off though, and glanced in the opposite direction, telling himself that he should have one last check on the two remaining girls. Satisfied that his butterscotch friend was not too worked up, he found his prior commitment once again, just before she pulled her grand take-off. If there was one thing to be said for Rosalind, it was that she could never do anything by halves. A great breeze ruffling his ivory fell, he leapt forward with a timid shudder and bounded after her on foot. “On my way!” Seconds later, he was atop a boulder -which was rather conveniently placed- and launched himself from it, flight limbs outstretched.
ooc: I know, I skipped my turn, but I wanted to get Jack airborne.

Autumn; improve his shining tail xx
Reaper had, unknowingly, toned down her insincere act of childishness. As she said goodbye to her beloved pack mates one by one, (Hyde giving her a more pronounced goodbye than she had seen coming) she realized that they were all heading for the unknown. She started to feel a slight bout of vertigo, when the prospect of never seeing one of them again, or even any of them again for that matter, tip-toed slyly into the river of thoughts that was running through her head. She absently returned the favor, and released her own pink tongue to smother Hyde's exposed whiskers. Her eyes were elsewhere however, wandering with her racing thoughts. After giving each of the eager wolves a goodbye and a nuzzle, Reaper pranced through the snow, stopping just short of the timid waves of the lake and circling to face them again. The distant trees created a calm rhythm of sound that was similar to the ocean's waves, and the wind that caused this could not help but tease the wolves' thick pelts. Above in the teal blue atmosphere, the sun looked down with a bright smile. Few clouds plagued his home, and none were brave enough to conceal him on this bright day. The light illuminated Reaper's glistening coat, and the beads of water at the ends of each hair were made to look like small diamonds. At their paws, the softening snow glittered beautifully, only tarnished here and there by her comrades' shadows. Then, giving a Reaper a bit of a start, as she had been too busy observing other things to notice, Rosalind had forced herself from the earth, (rather impressively) and was now floating high into the sky, her feathered familiar by her side.
Her nostrils flared as she watched her friend soar farther and farther away, soon only a fraction of her size it seemed. There was a light whimper in her throat, but it was so low, it could probably be passed off as a tremor of the vocal cords. Of course, it didn't help that a few moments after that, Jack leaped (with a bit of help from his wings, as a wolf could hardly make such a graceful jump) onto a boulder, and used it to launch himself into the air. As she watched his wings unfold, she could not help but admire the beauty of them, and how they resembled the brilliant wings of a falcon. She prayed that they would find Tsubaki, and quickly. It was horrible to have her family away for so long. With a sigh, she shifted her silver gaze to Hyde, knowing that he would be next to take off. "Have a safe journey, my friend." She nodded to him, and lowered her head with a bit of a frown. It was hard to hide such sad feelings, especially in the presence of others. With another, more pronounced sigh, Reaper straightened herself and trotted through the damp snow in Peyton's direction. Once she was within a few inches of the honey canine, her paws became still. Then, she bestowed upon her an affectionate smile. "Well, if you're sure you don't want to go with them -because you know you can- then I would love nothing more as well."

Eve;;
Hyde watched as his fellow pack mates took to the skies, seemingly amused with the over exaggerated shows given by an over excited Rosalind, his fur ruffled by the gust her wings left behind. Smirking as he turned to watch Jack make his ascent. For now, he’d let them hover and wait for him to join them, he’d say goodbye to the ladies first. Well, Reaper mostly. Sauntering over to her with his wings somewhat unfurled, he grinned widely, nuzzling the Alpha and licking her muzzle in an appreciative manner. “Goodbye Reaper, and you have my word that I will let no one come to any harm. We’ll bring Tsubaki back.” Or at the very least his corpse, he couldn’t help but think. “He’ll be fine. We all will.” He said gruffly, though you could hear the caring undertone, if you knew him well enough, as Reaper did.
Turning his gaze briefly to Peyton, he dipped his muzzle in a polite manner. “Goodbye Peyton, please make sure nothing unfortunate befalls the Alpha.” He said sternly, and it was blatantly obvious how much he valued his Alpha’s condition and wellbeing at that point. He didn’t seem to feel the need to say anything more or explain his words, before simply turning and after crouching a little, launched himself into the air; He beat his wings a few times to gain height, and then shot after the others. These actions seemed to last a heartbeat only, and proved just how much strength he packed in there. Well, training with Ashanta did have its good points.
